The work
Make the account feel lived in.
KariKuri is a premium clothing brand for Bangladeshis living in the UK and USA. Our design team makes the posts and graphics. You will work directly with the founder to post on time, talk with the community, catch trends early and help grow Instagram and Facebook before our launch.
There is no video shoot and you never have to show your face.
Responsibilities
The weekly rhythm.
- Schedule four feed posts a week on Instagram and Facebook using Meta Business Suite.
- Polish captions so they sound human, warm and a little witty; write Bangla captions for Facebook.
- Post one to three Instagram Stories a day, including polls, quizzes, countdowns and reposts.
- Reply to comments and DMs, especially in the first hour after each post.
- Track Instagram trends weekly and suggest ways to use them without looking cheap.
- Reach out to creators, diaspora pages and UK university Bangladeshi societies for collaborations.
- Collect and organise photos and stories followers send, with their permission.
- Send a short Sunday report: what worked, what did not, and what to try next.
- Follow the brand rulebook: no politics on brand channels, no fake claims and credit every image.
What you bring
A practiced eye and a reliable hand.
- 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome when they have grown an Instagram page of their own.
- Currently studying for, or already completed, a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Marketing, Business, English, Media/Journalism and Fine Arts students are welcome.
- Uses Instagram every day and understands Reels, carousels, Stories, collab posts and broadcast channels.
- Writes clear, natural English and good written Bangla. Sylheti is useful.
- Has good taste, meets deadlines and speaks up early when something is off.
- Has a smartphone, laptop and reliable internet connection.

The application takes about 8–10 minutes. Have these ready:
- A link to an Instagram account you have run, whether personal, club or business. You may include its follower count; there is no minimum.
- In three lines, a small brand whose Instagram you admire and why.
- Your weekly availability, any exam dates in the next three months.
You can optionally attach your résumé and design samples. No cover letter is required.
